Applications are now being accepted for participation in the Emerald Coast Choral Festival held on May 4-5, 2012.

Applications may either be submitted online via our Online Registration Page or you may download and print the PDF version and mail in your registration.

Emerald Coast Choral Festival Application (PDF)

Participation is open to all Jr./Middle school and High school choral programs. Competition is for concert and ensemble choirs with applications reviewed in order received. Interested choirs are encouraged to apply early before the Feburary 12, 2012 deadline.

Participating choirs will also waive fees and rights to audio and video recordings made or authorized by the Emerald Coast Choral Festival during the event and agree to sign a media waiver to these rights in their registration packets prior to arrival.

Fees: Application fee is $50 which is a non-refundable deposit and not applicable to the final amount owed for participation.

Lodging: Once your application has been received by the Emerald Coast Choral Festival your accommodations will be booked by the ECCF staff (early applicants will receive beach access accommodations). Your registration packet will be sent to you for further information on travel, rooming specifics, and requirements for your performance. Lodging is based on a "per person" rate.

Deadline: We recommend submitting an application as early as possible to secure your spot. Final deadline for applications will be March 12, 2012.
